Major new features in version 3 include budget options, variable extra payments, timed debt elimination schedules, single debt manipulation, daily and calendar reports, a debt and budget overview report and additional graphs. Some minor enhancements allow for font manipulation throughout the program and reports, pattern and color selection for reports, report zooming and more.

The debt elimination schedule works by analyzing all debt information and assigning a priority to each debt. Debt information includes minimum payments, current payments, interest rate, payment due date and loan balance. Once a debt is paid off, the payment for that debt is applied to the next highest priority debt--accelerating the payoff of the debt!

You may choose to have the difference between the current payment and the minimum payment shuffled around and applied to the highest priority debt. You may also choose to add an additional monthly amount to your payment--increasing the acceleration even more! It is the payment acceleration which results in significant interest savings.

Loan consolidation illustrates the savings that can be incurred by combining all your high rate debts to one lower rate loan. The term or the payment of the consolidated loan may be specified or the total of all other debt payments can be used.

A variety of options are available to tailor the debt elimination, loan consolidation and timed elimination schedules to specific needs. Professional reports, schedules, graphs and summaries can be viewed on screen or printed. Multiple scenarios can be saved and retrieved for personal use, family members, friends or clients.
